No-Shows:

Clients who fail to attend without notice will  be required to pay in full for missed appointment pay in advance for future appointments.

 

 

Refunds:

No refunds for services once a treatment/service has been carried out. Refunds for products may be given only if the item is unused and in its original state (unused). Wigs and hair pieces are Non refundable once they have been customised (cut/coloured).
